July Class List From Brighouse
Hello From Samuel Taylors at Brighouse.

Here's a list of some of the fab classes and workshops we still have places available on.

From sewing to card-crafting we know there is bound to something you can't wait to try your hand at.

If you need any further info or you would like to book on any of the classes listed below then give us a ring on (01484) 401 419 and we will happily take bookings over the phone by credit or debit card and answer your queries.

Saturday 5th July "Pretty Patchwork Bag" with Sue Kilbey, 10am - 4pm £35
This sewing workshop is suitable for intermediate students with some experience of machine sewing. In this full day workshop Sue will be showing you how to make this lovely handbag sized quilted bag, and with it's precise patchworking, lined interior and little details like it's zip fastening, this truly is a workshop that is just that little bit more challenging for those of us who no longer class ourselves as "sewing beginners". A great workshop and you get to take home an handbag too! What more does a crafty lady need? Bliss!

Tuesday 8th July "Altered Art" with Diane Wheeler, 10am -4pm £25
Join Diane as she shows you how to convert the drabbest box into something you really want to show off to your friends. Using the latest Woodware stamps and dies you will be painting, stamping die-cutting and generally having lots of fun as you learn.

Tuesday 15th July "Double Display Card" with Diane Whitehouse 10am -12.30pm £12.50
Lots of lovely images in this magnificent card with Diane using the latest stamps and dies.

Saturday 19th July "Mirror Stamping" with Yvonne Jennings 10am -12.30pm £12.50
Have you ever thought "That stamp would be perfect if it faced the other direction?" or wanted to make a reflection of the stamp you are using? Well now you can! Learn this great technique to achieve the results you desire.

Saturday 26th July "Pretty Peg Bag" with Sue Kilbey 10am - 12.30pm £35
Suitable for confident beginners, this sewing machine workshop has been put together by Sue by popular request of some of her existing students and who would have thought a peg bag could be so pretty? Brighten up your wash-day and be the envy of your neighbours with this stunning bag and watch the reaction when you tell them you made it yourself!
