Have you seen the new Country Companions collection from Docrafts ?
It's such a sweet collection of stamps, pretty papers, decoupage and toppers.
As an avid stamper the mini stamps caught my eye, have to say though there's nothing mini about this
little mouse :)
The stamps are actually a generous size and they stamp beautifully too !
I stamped the image onto watercolour paper with versafine ink.
I used Rusty Hinge distress ink to colour her fur and added a little walnut stain to create shadow and depth.
Her boots i coloured with peeled paint, her ears pickled raspberry.
I then paper pieced her top. I love paper piecing ! It's such an easy way to make your image tie in with the rest of your card.
